Spin Spin is a multidisciplinary creative studio based in the inner west of Melbourne, Australia. Studio output is split between commercial design work and the production of handcrafted goods. The studio's mission is to create unique, colourful, considered work and the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi - seeing beauty in imperfection - is a big inspiration.
The studio produces graphic design and illustration work for organisations and individuals that have an ethical focus and are trying to make the world a better place. Clients include not-for-profit community groups, progressive think tanks, arts organisations and small businesses. If you think we can work well together and have a project you want to discuss, please get in touch. You can see the portfolio of work here.
The other focus is on the small batch production of handcrafted goods such as sustainable screen printed textiles, ceramics and artwork, which are sold in the Spin Spin shop, via select stockists and at occasional events such as markets. Sign up to the mailing list if you'd like to be the first in the know about sales, events and news.
Susan Fitzgerald heads up Spin Spin. When not working she's usually taking photos, some of which end up on her personal Instagram account, @hellosusanfitzgerald. She also has a side project called Studio Space, documenting other artists' workspaces. Susan's also really into collaborating with creative folk and would love to hear about any collab ideas.
