A simple statement, an aim that also feels almost aspirational, as it is a long way off. The structural inequalities that exist in society have no sign of reducing, starting with the 14.1% wage gap in Australia, which actually increased in the last six months of 2022.

The series of three posters are set in the typeface Bayard, designed by Tré Seals of Vocal Type. Bayard’s creation was inspired by signs from the American 1963 March On Washington For Jobs and Freedom.
